Sub: 1) Postponement of M.Tech../M.Pharm. Univ. Exams

        2) Rescheduling of B.Tech./B.Pharm. registrations for Univ. Exams – Reg.

The Principals of the affiliated Engg. and Pharm. Colleges are informed to note that the M.Tech./M.Pharm. Univesity Examinations which are scheduled from              03-10-2011 are postponed. These exams are rescheduled to conduct from 17-10-2011. Similarly all the postponed Pharm D./Pharm D(PB) University examinations are rescheduled to conduct from 17-10-2011. The detailed day-wise time table shall be communicated later through exam portal.

Last dates for the B.Tech./B.Pharm. registrations for November/December University Examinations have been rescheduled. The revised schedule for B.Tech./B.Pharm. Registrations of Univ. Exams is as follows:

The Principals are informed to communicate the same to the students and make the arrangements accordingly.

Final Year students : Schedule for Comprehensive Viva

• Viva will be conducted between 3:45pm and 5:00pm everyday.
• Student will be assigned to any of the two panels  at random on the day of the viva.
• Be  punctual  and avoid inconvenience to the panel members and classmates.
• Dress code must be followed.
• AFTER the viva is completed, each student MUST write a synopsis of the entire viva done.
• The synopsis must be given to HoD WITHOUT fail.

If your topic is accepted and you have got a mail from me about this, then :

1. Please be prepared to give your seminar on the day AFTER your Comprehensive viva is over.

Eg: If your HT No is between 401 and 420 and your  Topic is ACCEPTED. 

Then, your Tech Seminar will be on 16th.

Dear Students

1.     Online Registration for Final Exams will begin from Monday (28^th February, 2011).

2.     This is valid for students of students of all FOUR years.

3.     Exams scheduled to begin from 11.4.2011.

4.     Students having BACK LOGS must register AT THE SAME TIME.  

5.     LAST DATES :

a.     WITHOUT LATE FEE : 3^rd March, 2011

b.     WITH LATE FEE of Rs 100 is  :  5^th March, 2011

c.      WITH  LATE FEE of Rs. 1000 :  8^th March, 2011.

6.     Mode of Payment : Challan (available with your Faculty Coordinator)

7.     Bank : VIJAYA BANK, SD Road.

8.     When to Register ? Wait for instructions to be given in your class.

9.     Registration only on showing payment receipt of challan.  

10.  Want to change your Photo ? Contact  Vice Principal-SVIT.
