Procedure for change of name in memo of marks and PC.
DD for Rs 50.00 (only from any Nationalised Bank) for each memo is to be submitted together with original memo of marks. Exam branch will forward to JNTUH.
Corrected memo of marks will be sent by JNTUH within 3 weeks time.
For Provisional certificate DD for RS 250.00 is to be submitted together with original PC. Exam branch will forward to JNTUH.
Corrected PC will be sent by JNTUH within 3 weeks time.
If there is any mistake from JNTUH, like print not clear or signature of Chief Examiner not printed properly or any other problem, the certificates may be forwarded by Exam branch to JNTUH for correction without any DD.
